Division Controller jobs in Pensacola, FL

JM Phelps Construction is looking for a full-time experienced Controller. Applicant must have 5 years’ experience with QuickBooks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is a huge plus. Candidate will have the capacity to prioritize and multitask with strong organizational skills. Must be a team player and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Accounts Payable Maintain accuracy of primary financial records

Accounts Receivable Provide accurate monthly/quarterly reports

Customer collections Monitor online accounts daily

Bank Deposits Bank and credit card reconciliations

Journal entries Budget preparations
