Document Control Analyst administers document and record control operations, policies, and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Maintains and enforces security protocols for the access, storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all documents. Being a Document Control Analyst evaluates media formats and follows storage requirements to protect and secure records/information. Analyzes access and control procedures to comply with requirements for varying levels of security classifications specified by the governing authority. Additionally, Document Control Analyst performs auditing, monitoring, and change control systems to May require a bachelor's degree. May require security clearance. Typically reports to a manager.     The Automation and Control Systems Analyst position is based in Mitchell, IN and reports to the Systems Manager.

    What you'll get to do:

    The Automation and Control Systems Analyst is responsible for all automation and control systems throughout the plant while working in collaboration with other departments. This position is responsible for maintaining the control systems, network troubleshooting operational problems, as well as mentoring and training the workforce of electrical technicians to maintain and operate the digital controls and automation systems at the plant. Other duties include but are not limited to:

    • Collaborate with a great team of diverse multifunctional professionals.
    • Ensure continuous improvement of overall equipment efficiency, security, deep dive troubleshooting, and approved logic changes to known controls issues.
    • Lead or participate in Root Cause Analysis.
    • Managing, controlling, and analyzing all data, equipment histories, and push updates to the system.
    • Participate in conceptual design, commissioning, leading to improved production and approval of all new greenfield/brownfield installations.
    • Participation in on-call rotation within the electrical maintenance department.
    • Complete responsibilities while strictly adhering to all company safety policies, procedures, ensuring the compliance of others through actions, deeds, communications and any other means to maintain the safety and health of all employees.

    What we are looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated experience in Networks, Process Control Systems [Siemens PC7 to PC10.3] preferred, virtual servers, and historians.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) with a broad Experience in programming access points, industrial network design, VLans configuration, virtual machines, switch configuration
    • Knowledge of the different communication protocols for field networks, profibus dp, profinet, modbus required
    • Knowledge of industrial control networks, Industrial network security concepts and practices.
    • Experience planning, deploying, and migrating IT services
    • Familiarity with digitalization, artificial intelligence, data historians, and expert systems
    • Good communication skills.
    • Detail oriented Organization skills
    • Electrical experience a plus.
    • CMMS experience, SAP preferred.
    • Champion HES and Compliance.
    • Experience in plant operations and/or maintenance preferred.
