Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a leading government contractor, is seeking a Quota Management/Travel Orders Analysts for Ready Relevant Learning (RRL). This position is located in Norfolk, VA.

Positions Responsibilities and Requirements:

• The Quota Management/Travel Orders Analysts has procedural knowledge and working understanding of training management tools to include but not limited to Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) and Enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (eNTRS), Catalogue of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC) Billet Based Distribution (BBD), and Defense Information Security System (DISS).
• A minimum of three years of experience is required in the field of fleet training and quota distribution management.
• Procedural knowledge of various Navy travel policies, federal regulations, and laws in order to function as the central source of expertise for all official travel using the Defense Travel System and/or other designated travel systems.
• A Secret Clearance is required for this position.
