DESCRIPTION

Play an active role in the day-to-day management of construction project documentation. Provide input and guidance for the setup and compliance of document control for construction projects. Site representative for Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems including access control and library management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Manage all critical documents for the construction and operation of Google’s Data Centers at the site by the organization of data, and the use of existing processes and professional tools.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and available for operations through QA/QC process.
• Administer change notice process and other automated workflows.
• Coordinate handover of documentation between construction projects and operations.
• A passion for working in a construction environment.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with data entry, compiling of files and distribution of project documentation is an asset.
