About the Job
- Our service technicians are our customer heroes. We are proud to have a team of individuals delivering top-notch customer experience. We are adding to our team an individual who will be providing onsite technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Xerox multifunction devices and printers.
Job Functions:
- Respond timely to service tickets from users requiring assistance with equipment issues.
- Independently identify and diagnose problems.
- Implement solutions by replacing or repairing parts, test and adjust ensure full functionality of customer’s equipment.
- Maintain a vehicle part inventory.
- Document customer solutions and notes within ticketing system.
- Physically move equipment (copiers and printers), assembling, installing, configuring, and testing equipment, training end users on new equipment
- Establish and maintain friendly professional relationships with customers.
- Schedule time wisely pertaining to daily activities, keeping customer satisfaction the main priority.
- Complete Xerox computer-based training exercises.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical associate degree a plus but not required.
- Experience repairing electronic equipment or digital copiers a plus.
- Mechanical inclination and interest in solving problems and making things work.
- Self-starter with a sense of ownership over duties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills and gets along well with people.
Pay Range: USD $40,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
