Positions: Scan, QA, Index, etc.

Shifts

We currently have the following shifts open:

• 1st Shift (7 am- 3 pm)
• 2nd shift (3 pm - 11 pm)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Operate scanning equipment and application software per standard procedures.
• Maintain specified equipment. Cleaning, calibrating, etc.
• Inspect and enhance scanned images (crop, rotate, deskew etc.).
• Meet or exceed task productivity rates.
• Complete assignments per production schedule.
• Communicate exceptions and assist in problem solving.
• Maintain sequence and overall care of customer physical documents.
• Maintain electronic files per specifications for each project or customer.

Skills requirement:

• Basic PC knowledge
• Microsoft Windows Explorer proficient
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and initiative
• General office equipment knowledge
• Ability to excel with repetitive tasks

Experience Required:

Scanning experience recommended.

Education Requirement:

High school degree or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. (Banker boxes)
• Must have good hand-eye coordination.
