Onward Search needs a Training Specialist for a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client.

This contract goes until 12 / 20 / 24 possible extension.

Experience with SABA / Cornerstone

As a Training Specialist you’ll :

• Collaborate with Departmental Business Process Owners (BPOs) to facilitate the development and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive training programs and associated materials for direct Pharmacovigilance (PV) Service Providers.
• Manage user accounts in Cornerstone and ensure appropriate certification assignments for external PV Service Providers.
• Oversee the provision of relevant training to PV Service Providers, ensuring their ability to perform assigned tasks in adherence to regulatory requirements
• Partner with Departmental BPOs to guarantee the high quality and compliance of training materials and processes for case management vendors
• Collaborate with BPOs to ensure timely escalation of identified issues and participate in the development of continuous improvement activities within training programs.
• Streamline communication channels between departments, including collaboration with PV Service Providers as needed. This ensures consistent and timely dissemination of information regarding updates to processes, training materials, and conventions.
• Manage the assignment and removal of job roles for external Research & Development (R&D) vendors, Functional Service Providers (FSPs), and direct PV Service Providers.
• Monitor the R&D P&T mailbox and address inquiries related to external vendors, FSPs, and direct PV Service Providers.
• Track training assignments and personnel for all aforementioned groups.
• Conduct daily reviews of training reports, as necessary.
• Process requests for creation and maintenance of departmental job roles for external vendors, FSPs, and direct PV Service Providers.
• Assist in periodic training reviews and maintain assigned Good Clinical Practice (GXP) training accounts.
• Collaborate with R&D Training Management to develop and update training matrices.
• Participate in ongoing audit and inspection preparation activities and provide support during such events.

Skills & Experience Needed :

• 2 years experience working in a pharmaceutical industry role preferred
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of GxP regulations.
• Maintain familiarity with health authority regulations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical trial conduct.
• Prior experience with quality management activities is essential.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain training matrices.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
