Position Summary: |
The primary function of this position is responsible for the coordination of customer Capital Project orders that are processed through OsecoElfab, with specific concentration on providing timely and accurate order entry information to appropriate OsecoElfab departments. The Document Controller will also support compiling OE bid packages by reviewing commercial and technical documents sent in customer RFQ Packages. When necessary, the document controller will also support the Projects Coordinator with vendor documentation requirements and submission of these documents through the customer’s defined acceptance process within the required project timelines set by the customer. |
