Document Imaging Supervisor oversees personnel responsible for operating document imaging equipment for use in the creation of images or text. Document Imaging Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Document Imaging Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. As a document specialist and animal handler you will be responsible for:
This position will be 20-30 hours a week and possibly full time during the summer months. The position may also grow into a full time position as our company grows. You will be required to drive and must have a clean driving record. We are flexible with hours and days during our normal business hours.
Veterinary experience is a plus either in a kennel or as a veterinary technician. You must have experience handling animals, even if they are your own.
This position will be 80% work from home once you are trained (some work will require you leaving your home to complete in Denver or to other destinations). Training can take 3-6 months to complete, during training you are in our home office located in Colorado Springs. You may be required to periodically come into the office in Colorado Springs once training is complete for ad-hoc training. We will consider applicants in Denver and surrounding areas, but you must be willing to come to Colorado Springs to complete training. The position will require the use of a company vehicle to drive to Denver airport and other client locations (these vehicles are stored in Colorado Springs). We do occasionally drive or fly pets 10 hours, but rarely do our office staff required to do these drives/flights. Occasionally we may ask this of you.
