**handling inquiries from patients and doctors
**Insurance authorizations
**greeting and registering patients
**answering a multi-line phone system
**scheduling appointments over the phone and in person
**receiving payments over the phone and in person

Requirements:
**Previous scheduling/ insurance authorization experience in medical field (at least 1 year)
