Document Imaging Supervisor jobs in Kansas City, MO
Document Imaging Supervisor oversees personnel responsible for operating document imaging equipment for use in the creation of images or text. Document Imaging Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Document Imaging Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Works within client document management programs to check out and check back in revisions of engineering drawings.
Generates sets of reference drawings for various project site locations.
Coordinates documents with multiple engineers for project needs.
Communicates document system procedures with team members.
Compiles electronic project data books.
Issues transmittals to clients and vendors.
Processes vendor submittals.
Packages electronic documents for clients, vendors, and internal needs.
Notifies appropriate person of troubleshooting issues regarding vendors and clients.
Monitors workflows for the project team.
Maintains electronic access to client systems.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma and two years of applicable experience required. College degree preferred.
Previous experience working in databases preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Candidates should possess accurate data entry skills.
