Document Imaging Supervisor oversees personnel responsible for operating document imaging equipment for use in the creation of images or text. Document Imaging Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Document Imaging Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Position Overview & Description

We are looking for a methodical, team-oriented problem solver. This is an in-office position with our paper-based services department. Your days will be spent printing or scanning documents along with processing electronic files. Our services are used by law firms as a part of the discovery process in a lawsuit. This is a fast-paced industry where no two days are alike.**Required Survey**

Experience, Qualifications, Requirements
- Operation of photocopy and scanning machines
- Printing and assembly of large-scale projects
- Transferring data via disks, flash drives, hard drives, and FTP etc.
- Working with oversized images
- Deadline management
- Making sure tasks are finished to perfection

Preferred:
· Experience with Law PreDiscovery or IPRO
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and move up to 35-pound document boxes.
