Summary/Objectives
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of various PCA transactional processes associated with the Community Services Personal Care Management (PCM) Program contract. Provides support to Tempus Unlimited, Inc. Fiscal Intermediary (FI) and PCM departments. Responsible for maintaining (Laserfiche) document management system. Manages the process of digitizing paper and electronic formats for storage and retrieval. Performs thorough quality checks. Provides technical support to both administrative and community staff across all Community Services programs and help with efficiencies and build knowledge.
