Document Imaging Supervisor oversees personnel responsible for operating document imaging equipment for use in the creation of images or text. Implements procedures for scanning documents and verifies the quality of digital images. Being a Document Imaging Supervisor manages images according to the organization's guidelines. Delegates workflow and trains equipment operators. Additionally, Document Imaging Supervisor troubleshoots and makes adjustments to equipment when necessary. Ensures proper use of equipment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. WORK ENVIRONMENT

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:40 p.m., 40 hours per week. As job duties demand, additional work hours will be required.

1) Product knowledge and familiarity.
