We are looking for a Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment. The position location is Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Overview
The Management Analyst will develop and/or analyze and revise existing administrative operations and management programs including standard practices, operating procedures, management systems, and reporting documentation. Developing and coordinating improved policies, methods, procedures, instructions, and forms to achieve greater operations efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role is a hybrid work schedule requiring a combination of virtual and on-site support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor long- and short-range plans and programs in the direction of goals, objectives, and priorities established by the management team.
- Support business process improvements and customer management reporting.
- Recommending future program priorities, goals, objectives, and improvements and reviewing, collaborating, analyzing data, and interpreting and applying the content of new or modified regulations for projected impact.
- Ensuring that accurate, appropriately concise, and timely information is available to management and top-level officials.
- Supporting organization events through the full process from planning to implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to modify resources and implement the recommended support.
- Support the development, analysis, and coordination of policies.
- Conduct assessments of current -processes for compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Identify related policy documents which may be impacted by reviews and updates of other existing content.
- Offer recommendations for document office practices based on factors such as utilization, compliance, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide direct support to internal and external governance forums - boards, committees, and councils.
- Support business process improvements and customer management and support.
- Implement improvements and efficiencies in business and office processes.
- Identify related policy documents which may be impacted by reviews and updates of other existing content.
- Offer recommendations to retain, revise, or retire existing resource documents based on factors such as utilization, compliance, and other relevant metrics.
- Develop and/or coordinate improved policies, methods, procedures, instructions, and forms to achieve greater operations efficiency.
- Provide direct support to internal and external programs forums.
- Assist with translating mission user requirements into detailed solutions.
- Support the development and execution of project management plans that clearly articulate the scope of work, required tasks, and ensure progression.
Qualifications
- An active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years (or commensurate experience)
- Functional business process knowledge and experience in process transformation and implementation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.
- Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.
