Document Management Analyst jobs in Laredo, TX

We are looking for a Scanner/Data Entry Clerk toprepare records for the scanning process, including the ability to type information into our database from paper/digital documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you to have accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database.

Scanner/Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities

• Able to follow guidelines given while going through the scanning process.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Transfer data from paper/digital formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners

• Verify legibility of paper documents scanned and data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data

• Requirements

• Detail Oriented (A MUST)
• Proven experience as a Scanning/Data entry clerk
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of the touch typing system is strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware, and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• High school degree or equivalent
• Must agree to a background check and drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
