Job Summary:
The ERP Master Data Analyst works closely with all departments at Manzana. He/She will be responsible for delivering reliable and accurate master data. This position requires exceptional technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Thoroughly understand Manzana’s business practices and procedures in order to assist and advise in design, development, communication of master data.

Reviews all adds, drops, and changes to items setup, and processes accordingly with attention to accuracy.

Apply NAV 2018 functional knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, quality, and finance to ensure integrity of mission critical data.

Adhere to processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data to ensure consistency.

Improve the quality and accuracy of master data by participating in routine audits and data cleansing activities.

Work with Business Analyst to leverage existing data to solve operational issues and advocate for future master data setups for Phase II ERP application setups (MRP, EDI, etc.).

Document master data requirements. Create SOPs for setups where needed and refine existing SOPs.

Analyze Master Data to align the ERP system with efficient business processes unique to process manufacturing.

Work with users in Operations, Business Analyst(s), and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup of items, customers, vendors, and bill of materials.

Log master data problems and updates and documentation in Zen Desk support system.

Take an active role in ERP modification projects including GAP/FIT Analysis, capturing business requirements, UAT, and post go-live support.

Collaborate with NAV contractors in order to resolve issues.

2 years professional experience working with process manufacturing master data (Item Setups, Bill of Materials, Production Orders, Warehousing),

Hands-on experience applying software to manufacturing needs and troubleshooting.

Practical knowledge with Windows 7/8/10 operating systems.

Prior recognition for providing outstanding customer service and problem resolution for end-users experiencing software issues

2 years of experience with specific technologies: Dynamics NAV 2018/D365 and higher or similar ERP application.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.

Intermediate proficiency with Excel, MS Dynamics NAV 2018/Business Central (or similar scale ERP) and master data management concepts.
