Duties:
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collect, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files in various formats
- Create and update spreadsheets using Excel, including pivot tables

Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, other publishing software, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of pivot tables is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
