Document Security Administrator classifies, files, audits, receives, distributes, tracks and maintains a system of classified and unclassified company documents according to established procedures and standards for security and document organization. Controls the retrieval of documents. Being a Document Security Administrator processes Requests for Information (RFIs) from employees or clients. Maintains records of access requests. Additionally, Document Security Administrator requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Document Security Administrator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
