Document Security Administrator administers and maintains a system of classified and unclassified company documents according to the record control policies and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Classifies and files new documents following the established process. Being a Document Security Administrator fulfills document requests from authorized users and tracks the retrieval and disposition of documents. May prepare records for archiving, participate in audits, or assist in the destruction of records. Additionally, Document Security Administrator requires a high school diploma. May require security clearance. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Document Security Administrator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Unarmed Security Guard: Experience preferred, but not required. If you are not State Certified with DPSST we will help you get certified. Applicant must be available between the hours of 7:30pm to 9:45pm. You will be responsible for securing the perimeter of a retail location which includes, but not limited to, watching for suspicious activity, checking locks on windows and doors, walking employees to their vehicles, greeting customers as they enter and leave the store location, and reporting and notifying officials of possible concerns.
