HME Specialists is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and responsible person who cares about the wellbeing of others to join our Customer Service Documentation team. You will be involved in the care of our patients by obtaining and requesting medical authorizations, logging in authorizations and prescriptions, following up as necessary for appropriate completion of billing process and completing pick-up requests as needed.
To be qualified for this job, you must have a go getter attitude and a team player personality. Knowledge of medical insurance processes is preferred but not required. We offer Training!!
