Job Summary

Create and manage documents in 3^rd party onboarding product(s). Write, manage and publish online help. Create eLearning course storyboards. Review and proof eLearning simulation lessons. Research and publish technology and electronic document release notes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create, and maintain electronic documents on multiple platforms, ensuring mail merge data fields, and user entry fields are properly utilized.
• Research, create and manage electronic document packages, ensuring correct, up-to-date, and fully tested documents are available to appropriate offices.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to develop, approve, and release forms according to legally required timelines.
• Research, write and publish monthly technology and electronic document release notes.
• Develop, design, and maintain online help files, keeping online help current with software releases.
• Create eLearning course storyboards for software simulation courses, ensuring training materials keep pace with software releases.
• Review produced eLearning software simulations for accuracy.
• Other projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat DC.
• RoboHelp or other online help software preferred.
• Preferred to have a minimum of 1 to 3 years field experience in the staffing industry.
• Customer service skills and good verbal communications skills/business knowledge.

Education and Experience:

• Must have 2 to 4 years’ experience as a writer/forms creator.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience.
