Description of the Position: To assist Donor Relations staff with daily duties, special projects and attending donor events.

Duties and Responsibilities: The following tasks can either be done remotely or in the Donor Relations and Development office on the 3rd floor of Alumni Hall. In-office working hours can be Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm; some tasks may be completed remotely subject to approval.
- Record videos of self using Gratavid to send messages of gratitude to donors
- Enter data using multiple types of software
- Scan and link documents into software programs
- Prepare mailings and event name tags
- Assist in donor events
- Assist with donor inquiries as needed
- Special projects as assigned

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills): 
- Comfortable asking peers to share their St. Olaf experience
- Comfortable working with data
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
- Skill in using Microsoft office
