Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. You will work closely with the managing director and project managers and directors to support the day-to-day activities associated with sample list creation and quantitative research. Research Data Coordinators have visibility into all aspects of the research processes and technical operations, providing significant opportunity for professional growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once are paramount in this role.
