Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Position
The Grant Research and Data Coordinator is a full-time role reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Development. This position collaborates closely with the Grant Manager and Development Manager, playing a crucial role in the Marketing and Development team. The primary responsibilities include proactively identifying grant and funding opportunities for various initiatives and programs, as well as ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of donor data within the organization’s CRM system, Giveffect.com. The coordinator will become the organization’s expert in managing and maintaining this database.
Additionally, the Grant Research and Data Coordinator will work in close partnership with program leadership staff to oversee, review, and compile reports. This includes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of participant files, electronic records, and program data/outcomes.
This is a hybrid position that does not directly supervise other staff. Could become fully remote after initial training.
