    Summary
    The Design Drafter is responsible for creating layouts, glass, grids, and approval prints for quote requests. The candidate must serve as an ambassador for ProVia' s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values and ensure all activities within areas of responsibility align with these.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
    • Create prints documenting grid locations
    • Perform layout to ensure grid alignment across units
    • Create elevation views per customer request
    • Work with multi-family to create architectural prints
    • Create production prints for glass and grid
    • Work with Customer Service to meet the needs of the customer
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • Degree in Engineering preferred or experience in a related field.
    • Working knowledge of 2D and 3D Modeling Software, and Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to perform as an effective, positive team member
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Effective communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
    • Experience with door and or vinyl window construction preferred
    Physical Demands
    Ability to sit or stand, using a desktop computer or a laptop, as well as other office equipment and supplies continuously.
