Drafter & Estimator Job Responsibilities

• Works with customers to accurately depict their residential design intentions on paper using Soft Plan.
• Works with sales team to meet deadlines for designs and estimates.
• Communicates with customers to identify and resolve design issues as they arise.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers through superior customer service.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with engineers, architects and contractors prior to and during design and construction phases.

Requirements

• 2 years of CAD experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Soft Plan Software would be a plus.
• Successful applicant must be able to work with fellow employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Must enjoy dealing with the public.
