Bee Cave Drilling North, a reputable residential and commercial water well drilling/service company located in Burnet, TX, is seeking a Water Well Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position includes a base salary plus commission and bonuses.
Details:
-Communicate promptly and clearly with client, crews, and office personnel
-Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project disruptions
-Maintain and submit to Director of Project Management comprehensive and detailed sales and activity reporting weekly
-Track performance metrics
-Receive (find) sales leads for new wells, well plugs, pumping systems, and storage tank systems and more time intensive service jobs
-Gather information from the client regarding their needs and educate them on options-Design the system and build a cost estimate
-Review contracts and additional client expectations. Incorporate those costs into the estimate
-Perform site visit and incorporate site specific costs into estimate-Send proposal to client, negotiate terms, and close sales
-Assist client with permitting requirements and with communication with other professionals (engineers, hydrogeologists, etc...)
-Maintain communication with client and monitor site conditions until job is ready and in between phases of the job
-Handle objections and address client concerns
-Schedule the job with Drill/Service Departments. Make sure all needed inventory for the job is ordered and in stock
-Provide crews all needed information to perform work efficiently and safely
-Visit site and maintain communication with crew and client during the job
-Gather information from crews and invoice
-Collect payment and perform system walkthrough
-Promptly turn in all required reports and paperwork for the job
-Stay updated on industry trends, rules, regulations, and market dynamics
-Attend quarterly PM Team meetings
