El Encanto Mexican Restaurants in Arizona is actively seeking a skilled, successful, creative and ambitious Director of Operations to manage all restaurant operations of three locations. Successful applicant will be a strong leader with proven ability to connect with and promote a positive work environment where the whole team is held accountable. This Director of Operations position earns a competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000/annually, plus quarterly bonuses (can be up to 20% of compensation)- all dependent on experience and proven performance. A candidate with significant experience, who requires little supervision and has the capacity to grow the business, will be in the higher salary and benefit range. This position also has a company vehicle.
El Encanto is committed to a quality work-life balance. Our managers typically work a 40-45 hour work week. The Director of Operations will be required to work 50-55 hours per week in order to achieve success.
