**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, human resources, and accounting/budgeting. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, we would like to meet you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage office operations and procedures

- Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

- Process Semi-monthly payroll and all associated monthly and quarterly filings

- Supervise the maintenance of office areas and equipment

- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

- Reconcile accounts at month and quarter end

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role

- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

-Experience processing payroll

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

**Nice-to-have Skills:**

- Budgeting experience

- Human resources knowledge

- File management expertise

- Familiarity with phone systems

- Team management experience
