Master Drilling USA is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in League City, Texas. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in directly supporting the President with various functions, including database management, calendar coordination, and graphic design and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Database Management:
- Efficiently manage and update the Salesforce database.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for leads, contacts, and accounts.
- Generate and analyze reports to support the sales and marketing teams.
2. Calendar Coordination
- Effectively manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary.
- Prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
3. Graphic Design and Marketing Support
- Create visually appealing marketing materials, presentations, and documents using graphic design tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Assist in content creation and social media management.
4. Language Support
- Provide English and French translation services as needed.
- Communicate effectively in both languages to facilitate smooth internal and external communication.
5. Contract Coordination
- Record and file business contracts.
- Assist in reviewing and editing company contracts.
- Tracking contract renewals and extensions.

Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
