Drug Safety/Medical Information Specialist is responsible for collecting, monitoring, processing, and distributing adverse event reports and information queries for investigational and marketed products. Reviews safety and medical information for the assigned products, including safety components of protocols and studies for assigned drugs. Being a Drug Safety/Medical Information Specialist may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Drug Safety/Medical Information Specialist typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.   • Required Duties:

    - Laptop and desktop computer repair

    - Assist Network Administrators with troubleshooting, repair of hardware, and maintenance

    - Is responsible for maintenance and monitoring of active network equipment

    - Assists with management of Email System

    Education and Training Required:

    - Must be able to read and comprehend English language directives, training materials, and other documentation

    - A certification is required and must be maintained

    - Associate of Science in Information Technology or related field from an accredited College or combination of experience to be assessed in a Training and Experience resume

    Experience Required:

    - Minimum of two years of experience in Information Technology Industry

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    - Experience working with active directory and networks

    - Knowledge of Windows Server

    - Network Security and auditing experience
