**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction tasks related to solar panel installation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Install solar panels on rooftops in accordance with project plans and local codes

- Assemble and install racking systems, modules, and electrical components

- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work at heights and on various roof types

- Proficiency with power tools for construction tasks

*Nice-to-Have Skills:*

- Previous experience in solar panel installation or renewable energy projects

- Understanding of electrical systems and components related to solar energy

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
