We are seeking a skilled Drywall Mechanic to join our team. As a Drywall Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing drywall in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of drywall materials and tools.

Schedule: Mon - Fri ; sometimes Sat 6:30am - 5pm

Pay: $20 - $24 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Measure and cut drywall to fit specific dimensions in various rooms and spaces.

2. Install drywall panels using hand tools and power tools.

3. Tape and sand seams to create a smooth finish.

4. Repair damaged drywall by patching holes and cracks.

5. Apply texture to walls and ceilings as needed.

6. Must be able to walk on stilts or have experience doing so

1. Previous acoustical ceiling installation experience not required, but a plus

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Drywall Mechanic.

- Strong knowledge of different types of drywall and their applications.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and precision in work.

- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy drywall sheets.
