Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Metal Stud Framer to join our team. As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various structures using wood, metal, or other materials. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient at reading blueprints and doing layout.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, or other materials according to specifications
- Assemble and install structural frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Install doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
-Ability to assemble metal stud walls and ceilings, soffits.

-Ability to assemble Acoustical grid and tile tbar ceilings

- Experience in door hanging and building
- Proficiency in caulking

- Remodeling experience
- Metal stud framing expertise

- Trim carpentry skills

Qualifications
- Strong background in construction and drywall installation
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and carpentry
- Experience in metal stud framing and door hanging
- Knowledge of caulking techniques
- Familiarity with remodeling projects
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Certification in construction estimating is a plus
- Skills in plastering, construction plumbing, water damage restoration, trim carpentry, stucco, schematics, and fixture installation would be advantageous

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.71 - $35.00 per hour
