This is your chance to share your passion for water safety and aquatic activities with individuals of all ages and abilities. You'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering top-notch programs that get people moving and feeling confident in the water.

If so, we want to hear from you!Under the general supervision of the Aquatic Center Management Staff, you- Assist with, supervise, and train aquatic staff to ensure that appropriate methods and safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain current required certifications.
- Work with supervisor to schedule, develop, supervise, and coordinate aquatic programs.
- Communicate effectively with coaches, officials, contract workers, rental groups, and coworkers.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- High School Diploma or GED and
- One (1) year of lifeguarding or swimming instructor experience.
- Must be certified or be able to obtain certification within three (3) months in First Aid, CPR, and Star Guard or American Red Cross Lifeguard and Swim Instructor training.
Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of pool maintenance, including water chemical and temperature levels.
