Activate Pro partners that enroll in the program by establishing strong relationships. Responsible for the number of quotes that partners are requesting, number of quotes that partners are "closing" and turning into purchase orders, and in-person contractor training and webinars Effectively collaborate with Mesa Google team andothers to develop program strategy and execution Provide actionable insights and competitive intelligence that contributes to the sell-through forecast process by developing an intimate understanding of business Prospecting net new opportunities in the market by cold calling and building relationships with potential new partners – both HVAC service companies and mechanical contractors Respond to field inquiries related to features, functions, and benefits of Google Mesa services Convert HVAC service companies or mechanical contractors to the Mesa Pro Partner Program through contractor outreach and prospecting (emails, phone calls, networking), generating meetings and calls with contractors to educate them about Mesa, and securing enrollment as a MesaPro Partner by agreeing to Mesa reseller agreement. Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education Requirements:** High School Diploma/GED Bachelor’s Degree **Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities Requirements:** 3-5 years of relevant work experience Experience working as a contractor in the field of HVAC / electrical, automation, MRO sales, lighting, water control, or with B2B partnerships preferred but not required Proven track record of successful sales through cold-calling and training Working knowledge of distribution, contractors, and working with installers Experience cultivating high-level relationships with key decision-makers and customers. Ability to cold call and prospect Experience with new business lead generation and cultivation.
