E-Business Development Manager maintains and plans an organization's overall policies and goals regarding e-business development. Develops and manages organizational changes needed to meet goals involving e-business strategies. Being an E-Business Development Manager identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. May coordinate and negotiate with various departments including product development, marketing and/or sales group. Additionally, E-Business Development Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a top management. The E-Business Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an E-Business Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate project details at all levels of a program.
    • Proven capabilities in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. A passion to positively impact company sales and profitability is required.
    • Product Development experience, including familiarity with manufacturing and prototyping process.
    • Individuals with a background in business development in a consulting environment will be given a higher level of consideration.
    • Our ideal candidate will also possess:
    • A high level of personal drive and self motivation with an eye for details with a focus on customer service.
    • Time and self management skills.
    • Meet or exceed established goals for sales and new business development on a consistent basis.
    • Ability to bring existing network of contacts and to build upon our extensive internal database for the purposes of new business development.

    This will be a salary plus commission, full time position with benefits package including life insurance for employees, long and short-term disability insurance, vacation and holiday pay, flex time and SIMPLE retirement plan with company match.
