    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    Reporting to the SVP, Product & Technology, the Director, E-Commerce will develop progressive, data-driven digital products, e-commerce conversion capabilities, and product marketing strategies and enable differentiation via digital value-added services. As our brand evolves to meet and exceed the needs of the modern consumer, this leader will empower teams to leverage market data and competitor analysis tools to inform DISH’s long-term marketing strategies. 

     

    In this role, you will:

    • Drive consistent innovation and role-specific KPIs such as VAS paid conversion, new product development, engagement statistics and consumer ARPU metrics.
    • Build a digital marketing team with expertise in product development, optimization and launch.
    • Lead and design marketing proposals, forecast and manage the opportunity pipeline, participate in business updates and collaborate closely with partners to ensure the effective delivery of revenue and margins.
    • Generate new revenue streams by providing marketing insight, data-driven marketing methodologies and marketing consulting services.

    This leader will play a vital role in Boost’s initial growth and long-term success in retail wireless. He or she will have the opportunity to lend their vision to how our company engages, collaborates and ultimately competes in the marketplace. The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford this leader oversight and influence in many aspects of the business. As a result, we expect potential candidates to meet a level of education and experience that demonstrates they can be successful in this role.

     

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 10 years of high-level digital marketing leadership experience.
    • Experience marketing digital products with a focus on online conversion mechanics.
    • Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively across varying audiences.
    • Collaborative, hands-on approach to work that is reflected through their management style and employee communications.
    • BA required; MBA preferred.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
