    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team, focusing on managing e-commerce accounts and facilitating the setup of new items. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and data management skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen understanding of e-commerce platforms. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    1. E-commerce Account Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all e-commerce accounts.
    • Monitor and manage online sales platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
    • Coordinate with various departments, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
    • Work with assigned sales agencies to optimize listings and grow this channel.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on e-commerce platforms to maintain a positive brand image.

    2. New Item Setup:

    • Manage the process of setting up new items on e-commerce platforms, including creating product listings, uploading images, and inputting relevant information.
    • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to gather necessary product details and ensure accurate representation online.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of new item setup sheets, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
    • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of product information and troubleshoot any discrepancies.

    3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Generate reports on e-commerce sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and inventory levels.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance e-commerce strategies and drive sales growth.
    • Utilize analytical tools and platforms to monitor competitor activity and market trends, staying informed about industry developments.

    4. Administrative Support:

    • Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining databases.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the sales department.
    • Handle ad-hoc requests and projects as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in e-commerce account management and/or sales administration.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) and proficiency in navigating online seller portals.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data extraction, analysis and reporting.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
