Being an EAP Counselor requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to a manager. To be an EAP Counselor typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.     Compensation

    $90 to $100 per hour

    Eligibility

    • Must be a United States citizen.
    • Must be licensed by a U.S. state or territory as a LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC or the equivalent.
    • Must be independently licensed without supervision.
    • Speak fluent English.
    • Successfully complete credentialing and contracting process.
    • Complete a background check and fingerprinting.
    • Complete training requirements
    • Currently practicing in an outpatient clinical setting
    • Willing to schedule EAP counseling in-person sessions.
