Education Director jobs in Sunland Park, NM
Education Director provides supervision and direction of nursing education programs. Develops and implements course content and curriculums to train and update skills and knowledge of in-service nurses. Being a Education Director remains current and knowledgeable regarding federal and state regulations. Provides oversight and day-to-day guidance to staff. Additionally, Education Director typically requires a master's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to senior management. The Education Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Education Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Job Description :
Teaching hours : up to 20 hours per week
Contract length : 10 or 22 months
Teach students ages 3 to 18 years old
Working hours from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
- Monday to Friday classes with evenings and weekends off
- Deliver learner centered, engaging lessons to all students
- Ensure equal participation of all students
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required (Early Childhood Education preferred)
- TEFL certificate preferred
- Two years Kindergarten teaching experiences preferred
- Enthusiastic, friendly, flexible, team players who love working with kids
Benefits :
Excellent salary : 12,000 20,000 RMB per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Free accommodation OR monthly housing allowance 2,500
Flight allowance : 6,000 RMB for teachers abroad or 3,000rmb for teachers in China

Airport pickup
Training : 2 to 3 days of training in the head office in Hangzhou
Free 120 hour online TEFL provided (must be completed before arrival in China)
