Connecticut Education Center, part of the Positive Regard Network, invites applicants for anticipated openings in Hartford County for Clinical Case Manager (CCM):
We are anticipating that our Hartford Area programming will begin in late August, 2024. We are seeking applicants who may be able to accept a hire date prior to August and train at our Springfield, MA area locations until transfer to the Hartford Area is possible.
The CCM will provide intensive counseling and support to students in a school setting through group therapy, case management between school and home/ancillary services, and support to the classroom team. The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, as well as experience in the field of counseling (2 years in a diverse clinical setting). CT licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or MA licensure as an LMHC or LCSW, or license eligible and working towards licensure, is required.
Positions are full time. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
