Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, professional Business Office Manager to oversee all Business Office functions at our campus. This is a full time position reporting to the Campus President. The Business Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, confidentiality and maintenance of student financial records in compliance with all state, accrediting and federal regulations, and should be able to respond to all inquiries expected in an audit or accreditation visit. The Business Office Manager is also responsible for all on-site payroll and human resources functions, processing student payments, performing accounts payable/accounts receivable activities, and coordinating with the Registrar to issue degrees, diplomas and certificates to graduates. This position may require variable hours, to include day and evening hours.
