Part-Time Weekend Museum Experience Specialist

You are an employee of a Play Street Museum franchisee, Payne Family Enterprise LLC. Your employer is an independent business owner with a license agreement with Play Street Museum Worldwide. Your employer is solely and exclusively responsible for the hiring, supervision, work direction, discipline, and compensation of its employees and outside contractors; for the payment and withholding of all payroll and other taxes imposed upon or determined by wages and salaries of its employees; and for complying with all applicable laws relating to workers’ and unemployment compensation, occupational disease, safety, disability, discrimination, and all other laws relating to labor and employment. Play Street Museum Worldwide has no control over Payne Family Enterprise LLC’s labor relations policies and your employer's employees, including, but not limited to, the terms and conditions of their employment and supervision. Play Street Museum Worldwide does not provide any day-to-day management or supervision of its Franchisees' businesses. Each of the Franchisee's employees and outside contractors associated with the Play Street Museum System must acknowledge that they are not an employee or outside contractor for Play Street Museum Worldwide by signing a form prescribed by Play Street Museum Worldwide.

Overview

The purpose of the Part-Time Museum Experience Specialist is to interact with guests in a friendly and efficient way, ensuring they have a great experience at Play Street Museum.

Duties & Responsibilities

*Provides excellent customer service in person and while answering phone inquiries. *Greets customers and registers them to play. *Keeps all areas of the museum clean. *Keeps a balanced cash drawer. *Implements any and all procedures during an emergency. *Promptly reports all guest service issues to the Franchisee and/or Manager

Qualifications:

*Retail and/or experience with children is preferred. *Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time, bend and lift 25 lbs. *Excellent communication skills. *Must be able to manage tasks quickly and efficiently.

General Manager and Assistant Manager

Pay Rate:

$16/per hour

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $17.00/hour.
