Enforce school, administrative, board, and state rules, regulations, and policies.
Manage the school’s library collection and technology resources to ensure they are up-to-date, organized,
and easily accessible.
Design and implement engaging library media/information literacy and technology lessons aligned with the
curriculum and best teaching practices.
Develop programs that foster a love of reading and learning, such as book displays and reading challenges.
Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that meets the needs of all students, including those with
diverse backgrounds, learning needs, and abilities.
Collaborate and communicate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to
support and enhance library media and technology-related topics.
Maintain required records, reports, and other routine assignments in an appropriate and punctual manner.
Participate in curriculum and professional development programs through in-service education, workshops,
and self-selected professional growth activities.
Qualifications:
Proficient in standard office equipment, including personal computers, printers, copy and fax machines, and telephones.
Proficient in computer applications relevant to the position.
Experience with Realtime SIS, Schoology, and Google Workspace preferred.

Travel Requirements: Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation to travel to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.
Evaluation of Performance: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education Policy.
Additional Responsibilities: Performs other tasks as assigned by the Principal or central office administrators as designated by the Superintendent.
