    Registered Nurse (RN) - Life Safety Education Specialist in Kadlec Regional Medical Center

    Under the general direction of the Training Center Coordinator, the Life Safety Education Specialist coordinates and instructs life safety training programs for caregivers and the community; Serves as resource and subject matter expert on life safety education, including nurse safety education; Collaborates with clinical leaders and staff to ensure training objectives are identified and that regulatory and governing body requirements are met; and supports the duties of the RN Safety Education Coordinator.

    Required qualifications:

    • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution.
    • 3 years of recent acute care Registered Nurse experience.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution.
    • Upon hire: Life Safety, AHA ACLS and/or AHA PALS Instructor Certifications
    • 1 year of Nursing education experience.
    • 1 year of Managerial, supervisory, or educational role experience.
