We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Corporate EEO Officer to join our Engineering industry team. As a Corporate EEO Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company is in compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations. You will play a critical role in promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values all employees.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Conduct internal inquiries and investigations related to EEO complaints and concerns.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on EEO policies and procedures.
-
Analyze survey reports and other data to identify areas of potential EEO concerns and develop strategies to address them.
-
Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and other departments to ensure that EEO policies are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on EEO-related issues.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with EEO laws and regulations.

Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools to develop reports and presentations related to EEO compliance.

Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to address EEO-related issues.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3 years of experience in EEO compliance, preferably in the Engineering industry.

Strong knowledge of EEO laws and regulations, including Affirmative Action Plans (AAP).

Experience conducting internal inquiries and investigations related to EEO complaints.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools used to develop reports and presentations.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop and implement effective strategies to address EEO-related issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
