EHR Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. As a Project Manager, for Credible Electronic Health Record (EHR), you will be responsible for implementing, training, and supporting staff in effectively using the Credible EHR system. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the organization's staff are proficient in using the system to meet operational and compliance standards. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with leadership, IT teams, and end-users to enhance system adoption and functionality. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to, training session leadership, classroom administration for Credible-led training sessions, pre-go-live session planning; end‐user engagement and localization sessions, and long‐term training coordination and leadership for all Credible modules.
