We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audio Visual Manager to lead our AV division. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation and management of audio visual projects. This role requires a strong understanding of both electrical systems and AV technologies, along with exceptional management skills.

• Lead the AV division, including training and supervising AV technicians
  
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors and other stakeholders to assess AV needs and develop customized solutions for projects.
  
• Plan and manage AV projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budge and schedule.
  
• Coordinate with electrical engineers and technicians to integrate AV systems with existing electrical infrastructure.
  
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in AV integration.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in AV design software and familiarity with industry standards (e.g., CEDIA)
  
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources and meet deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
  
• Knowledge of electrical systems and codes, with experience in low-voltage wiring and power distribution.
  
• Familiarity with AV technologies such as audio/video conferencing systems and control systems.
  
• Clean background and driving record.
  
• Relevant certifications are a PLUS
